Beschreibung |
The Course in International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law offers an advanced education in national and international financial markets. It consists of two modules: Module 1 incorporates the Swiss, European and international financial market framework for banking, investment services and insurance. This module also focuses on international organizations and their regulations, the basis for regulation, and the characteristics of the most important financial markets. Module 2 consists of an in-depth study of the regulation of market participants, financial services, and the marketing of financial products as well as the relevant treaties. The CAS can also be attended as a specialization course within the framework of an LL.M. International Business Law. |
